There are many “one another” commands in the Bible. Love one another, encourage one another, pray for one another, offer hospitality to one another, the list is a long one. I spent several hours today with a very special group of people: our Ignite church planters. There were over 20 of us who gathered in Lockport today. I realized something as I walked away from that meeting: many “one another’s” took place during our 3 hours together.
We prayed together, we laughed together, we dreamed, encouraged and “loved on” one another together. After the meeting, we went to CiCi’s Pizza and “buffeted” our bodies together (a great time of hospitality). I saw many “one anothers” being practiced around the tables today. It was a very good day.
I love and value the church planters that God has blessed Ignite with. It felt good to be around people today who understand and live “one anothers”. This is something I need (and from what I observed, each of our planters appreciated it as well).
